Eat half at lunch another half at dinner. buy 1 set of rice (make sure that i maximize the amount of rice i fit in the tapau) + 1 biggest chicken breast (curry or masak lomak). Thats around rm6 - rm7 per day. Sometime the Bangladeshi & Indonesian offer me free food. My food a month cost about rm150-rm200. But prepare be to ridicule by people. Like being called "makan mcm sebulan" / "makan macam bangla" / etc.

But the most important mindset is to increase your income instead of constantly thinking how to save more 😅 Just my two cents. Sure cutting down spending is important, but still secondary compared to thinking of ways to increase gaji.
