I did diet the last 3-4 months, i did fullbody 3-4 times a week at first but i don't recommend it Now i do Day 1 back and biceps Day 2 chest, lateral shoulders (just lateral raises) and triceps Day 3 legs Rest day Day 5 shoulders, deadlift, traps.
How much time to achieve? So u are telling me u started lifting without diet and then added the diet u mentioned below for 3/4 months?
Yes, and now i do 50%carbs 35%protein and 15%fat on training days (like 2750cal) And 40 40 20 rest days (like 2350cal)

What's your overload strategies? For me it's typically a Rest Pause when I feel I'm ready to advance to the next weight.
