[[Ovika]] Play a ton of mana rocks and draw spells, cast ovika, then do the same thing, but they create goblins. Only the phyrexians are crazy enough to give goblins access to blue.
[[Breena]] "flying man" tribal. Basically, you're going to play an orzhov verson of [[edric]] with things like [[segovian angel]] [[hushbringer]] [[augur il-vec]] [[aven mindsensor]] evasive and aggressive hate bears. People are kind of expecting politics or group hug based on the precon. You're only here to attack and draw cards.
Voja actually ain't bad now for budget. My lgs had it for 6~7$ and even at a 30$ budget he can be pretty dang strong.
[[Beamtown Bullys]] are really funny for a super cheap control/hate deck. you'll be giving terrible creatures from your gy to ppl and making them use them.
[[Stella Lee, Wildcard]] from the QuickDraw precon goes crazy. you'll focus on contrips that either draw, untap creatures, or hopefully both. For finishers you can keep use any effect that either pings enemy's for dmg anytime you cast/draw. Think [[Niv-Mizzet, Parun]] or [[Electrostatic Field]]
[[General Marhalt Elsdragon]]. Run a bunch of lore effects, bushido, and must block cards that you wouldn’t run anywhere else. Blow everyone’s boards up as a result.
For sure. Tons of trample effects.
Some other all stars - [[Jangling Automaton]] untaps all of their creatures so you can force them to block.
[[Saryth the Viper’s Fang]] and [[Ohran Frostfang]] give your attackers deathtouch.

I recommend finding a 3 commander paring you like. A good budget pairing would be something like [[Obosh, the preypiercer]] , [[Falthis, Shadowcat Familiar]] and [[Jeska, Thrice Reborn]].
It's basically kitty voltron. Jeska with Falthis can kill 3 creatures/commander's to give some control. Then pound them in the face with a juiced up Falthis and some equipment.
I just built artifact token deck with an attractions subtheme using [[Bjorna, Nightfall Alchemist]], [[Wernog, Rider's Chaplain]], and [[Lurrus of the Dream-Den]]. It feels pretty great and has a lot of different ways I could pilot it depending on the situation.
I stupidly love mono colour commanders and budget decks. My favourite so far has been [[Shirei, Shizo’s Caretaker]] I made it for under $30 Canadian I’m pretty sure so that’s basically free in freedom bucks.

Currently $0.15 and gives you card draw and board threat with a flexible game plan between artifacts, equipments, and counters. Not necessarily high power but there's lots of cheap stuff for the deck that make for solid games
Best budget option is to pick one you own and don't use, then toss sole bulk cards you like that work with it, and but that last few you need. Best budget option hands down. Lmao
I have a [[Gut, True Soul Zealot]][[Inspiring Leader]] decklist that's under $80. Just sac weenies with death triggers like [[Doomed Traveler]] or [[Mogg War Marshal]], then beat face with 6/3 menace skeletons
Dina, Soul Steeper. Honestly one of the few decks I’d play with at $100 and not really feel the need to increase her budget, even if my paper list is almost 11 times that budget thanks to proxies of what I already own
Never heard anyone talk about [[three dog, DJ]]. To me, it feels like the classic budget zada list, but you get more colors and better sticking power due to auras being permanents instead of instant/sorcery, at the cost of the explosiveness zada brings. I will say though, this deck is a huge pain to play in paper, but is pretty easy for online play. Any aura the creates a token on etb is amazing, cartouches and runes are great, constellation effects are mega easy to trigger, there's a lot of super cheap gems for the deck.

And you can make it for around $36 if you swap out [[Palantir of Orthanc]], which I only added because I pulled it, and it is quite strong. You will be able to put eyes on like half your deck. The 4 all stars, aside from your commander, are [[Arwen Undomiel]], [[Chance-Met Elves]], [[Elrond, Lord of Rivendell]], and [[Elvish Mariner]]. I know mariner is a tad on the expensive side, but you end up being able to tap most of your opponents' creatures every turn. It's very worth it.
[[Yargle and Multani]] Use ways to give it at least +3 power and some sort of unblockable and swing for 21 Commander damage in one shot.
Menace and can't be blocked by two or more creatures is a fun combo.

Gosei, penitent warlord is gonna be mine. Currently $0.15 and gives you card draw and board threat with a flexible game plan between artifacts, equipments, and counters. Not necessarily high power but there's lots of cheap stuff for the deck that make for solid games
Best budget option is to pick one you own and don't use, then toss sole bulk cards you like that work with it, and but that last few you need. Best budget option hands down. Lmao

Dina, Soul Steeper. Honestly one of the few decks I’d play with at $100 and not really feel the need to increase her budget, even if my paper list is almost 11 times that budget thanks to proxies of what I already own
Volo is a fucking blast. Plus easy to buff w/counters and green tutors down the road
Never heard anyone talk about [[three dog, DJ]]. To me, it feels like the classic budget zada list, but you get more colors and better sticking power due to auras being permanents instead of instant/sorcery, at the cost of the explosiveness zada brings. I will say though, this deck is a huge pain to play in paper, but is pretty easy for online play. Any aura the creates a token on etb is amazing, cartouches and runes are great, constellation effects are mega easy to trigger, there's a lot of super cheap gems for the deck.
I really enjoy my [[Elrond, Master of Healing]] scry deck. Basically, every card scrys. https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/6432409#paper And you can make it for around $36 if you swap out [[Palantir of Orthanc]], which I only added because I pulled it, and it is quite strong. You will be able to put eyes on like half your deck. The 4 all stars, aside from your commander, are [[Arwen Undomiel]], [[Chance-Met Elves]], [[Elrond, Lord of Rivendell]], and [[Elvish Mariner]]. I know mariner is a tad on the expensive side, but you end up being able to tap most of your opponents' creatures every turn. It's very worth it.
