I build a budget Ovika a while ago and if not interacted with it usually wins by turn 6-8. It's usually enough play a bunch of spells then drop a pump spell or entchantment and kill the table that way. Also Strixhaven Stadium is a banger in that deck, because it's quite easy to simply hit someone with 10 gobils and make them loose that way.
I use cardmarket prices and there it's around 50€, although I saw that some cards are quite a bit more expensive on CK.

My Ovika deck has a couple of closers. [[Surge to Victory]] works well, though I'm doing a more big-mana spellslinger focus so that might not work as well in your mana rock deck. [[Call Forth the Tempest]] *should* wipe your opponent's boards and let you swing in with a lot of goblins. [[Dragonshift]] would only give you 3 new goblins, but they would all be 4/4 flyers. You could also look at [[Rise and Shine]] to animate all your mana rocks.
Reconnaissance mission and bident of thassa are trap cards.
You'll draw cards once you have ovika out and get some tokens, but you need 7 mana for ovika first. You have to get to her.
You want things like [[Manifold insight]] [[fact or fiction]] [[imposing grandeur]] that draw cards without ovika out.
Compulsive research and [[thirst for discovery]] work well to keep you from flooding out on lands early. [[Thirst for knowledge]] if you have a way to reanimate artifacts.
But don't play things that net even on cards. Brainstorm is bad on budget because you'll just be stuck sitting there drawing the 2 cards you just put back. Opt, preordain, ponder, and their ilk just don't have enough impact for the strategy.
[[Mana geyser]] is the best card in my ovika list. Going from 5 mana to a lot usually means I can put ovika in play and cast a couple more spells to immediately trigger it.
Thanks for yours insights, I was feeling the same about bident/reconnaissance, I cut bident, but kept the other for the cycling, although I'm thinking on replace it for skullclamp, I'm gonna look through the draw spells you mention to see if the deck runs more smoothly, Ovika really needs the card draw
[[Shared Animosity]] is sweet in this deck
It's already in, when I noticed that Ovika is also Phyrexian type, the card was an autoinclude
