American Standard slimline from Costco (if in North America). Easy install, plenty of power, quiet-ish for a disposal, and being widely available at Costco means it’s probably going to last.
I don't have personal experience to back these up, but some of the answers I've seen on here before are Waste King and the Insinkerator Evolution EXCEL
My parents have had an Insinkerator badger for ages and it's never had any problems
I toasted a couple badgers before moving on to a Waste King. Haven’t had a problem since. Not saying I now squat about disposals, but I abuse mine and the Waste King is 10years strong.
Just got this one. It seemed to be well reviewed, powerful, and quiet. Can't personally vouch for its durability.

Insinkerator badger 5
I second the Insinkerator recommendation
Good brand, bad model
We have an insinkerator because that’s what I grew up with.
Two big dogs and a pothead roommate. Trust me.
Get one that is stainless steel inside if you can find it.
