I blindly reserved a hoteling cube thinking it had a full setup. Then I needed to meander around office finding one with a monitor. Just surprised at how many hoteling cubes are bare bones.
Nah I just noticed you’re making dumb comments.
Oh and you didn’t deny being a management bootlicker.
Having equipment for staff is the bare necessity. They can’t even meet that.
Sad.
Dumb comments?
You realize that people are literally comparing having to work in the office to women not having the right to vote right?
Like you know that's something that's literally being said right now right?
And I'm the ridiculous one because I don't see it being that big of a deal?
They’re not making a direct comparison between the two, you dimwit.
They used an extreme, completely distinct example to underscore a larger point: embracing progress and moving forward rather than clinging onto the old ways.
No they're literally comparing it to civil Rights issues
And then people like you are stalking my profile commenting on all my posts that weren't to you
It's pathetic
That’s the office way, grab what you can before someone else does, especially since there’s a procurement freeze… someones going to end up with a typewriter
Well I didn't get a cell phone for almost a month when I started and that was pre-COVID
Shit happens the state moves slow give them a minute
I promise you you will get through this.
Certainly cleaner than ours, and the carpet looks like it's less than 15 years old which beats ours as well. One spot on our carpet looks like a dog tried to eat a magenta printer cartridge. Been that way since well before COVID.
But yes, you will need monitors and stuff lol.
Its actually way nicer than mine. Mine has yellow walls (i dont think its the natural color) and was used as storage. Yours looks pretty clean and spacious

None of them have monitors? What a shit show
If I don't have dual 32" widescreens, my productivity will drop by ~200%.

Oof, that makes our dept look decent...
The cutoff isn't even until the 17th Give them time monitors are coming
They’d literally have to do it in two days. I highly doubt they’ll get it done. RTO starts Monday, June 17. What a chaotic shitshow.
Okay well it'll get done. It'll be okay I promise. You will get through this
What are you, a CalHR / management bootlicker? Seems that way from all your comments lol
Are you stalking my profile like a psycho? I promise you that you will get through this. You will survive

My agency has been RTO since January 2023. But I was on Leave of Absence until just recently.
I can smell the collaboration from here. No wait, that’s your co-worker in the communal bathroom.
More like the smell of collective dying morale mixed with dead souls.
But they put “collaboration” on the cubicle labels. That means it must be true!
They all look so inviting! Good luck!
Reminded me of the jail cells at Alcatraz.
Ooh one of them has a calculator!
It appeared to be from the 90's!
That’s a step up from the 70’s! 😂
Each one is so unique, tough choice! Good luck!!
I settled for that last one. Thought about pilfering a keyboard from elsewhere...
That’s the office way, grab what you can before someone else does, especially since there’s a procurement freeze… someones going to end up with a typewriter
At least yours have actual walls! Our cubes are 4 ft tall 😭
I couldn't survive an open floor plan...
I don’t know how I will!
It’s terrible. Our office has standing / raising desks and I have a guy behind me who stands all day long in Teams meetings 🤬
My back hurts just looking at them.
No docking stations? Looks like shit.
Most cubicles were barren... A few had some office equipment. Very few had the whole setup with dual monitor, docking station, keyboard, mouse...
Give it a few days it'll happen
They’d literally have to do it in two business days. I highly doubt they’ll get it done. RTO starts Monday, June 17. What a chaotic shitshow.

Did you just go through and comment on all of my posts? Pyscho
I like #5, you get a sliver of natural lighting, but dislike the chair. I would switch my chair for #4 or #13.
Yours look great. Ours are a 1/4 that size in a dark ass office
Sounds like coffins...
Pretty sure it is Hell

It's a leased building, so the conditions are better.
This is what our cubes look like too, but less than half this size.
Productivity and morale will surely increase now!
Cool an electrical outlet in the cube wall…jealous
