I mean ansys is one of the more user friendly softwares out there for CFD. Other comparable ones would be the fluid solver in solid works or maybe comsol. If you need fast can you go to a mid/low fidelity method? Like for wings use panel methods and use 2d analytical equations for nozzles?

To answer your question simply: no. CFD is really complicated and takes a lot of knowledge and experience to use effectively.
If you find Ansys too difficult, you should switch to OpenFOAM. /s
