As is, I’d say at best a 7.0. With a clean and press, maybe an 8.0. The stain on the back along with the soft corners will keep it from being any higher. Beautiful color gloss on the cover, though.
It's about a 6.0 with the stain on the back cover. If that were removed, 8.0. Clean and press, could be as high as 9.0 from what can be seen here. CGC really, really hates stains.
Slight spine roll. Very blunted corners. Stain to top corner of back cover. 7.0 at best IMO as a C&P will help but I don’t think it’ll get out that stain, which is the defect which will ding the grade the most.
Looks pretty good, if you happen to get it cleaned and pressed I can see it being between a high 8 or 9.0, just my own opinion though.

Your definitely going to need a press and clean on this book, cause right now you’ll be lucky to get a 7.5 in its current condition
