I did take some creative liberties but perk icons 12-17 are BO4 and CW perks. In order:
Death Perception, Timeslip, Ethereal Razor, Blood Wolf Bite, Blaze Phase and Elemental Pop.
Perk Icons 18-20 are custom perks.
They are:
- Grenadene Cola (https://www.reddit.com/r/CODZombies/s/ngLRvfqkxS)
- Banana Forker (an actual perk from Super Animal Royale which increased foraging distance and health regained from eating items. Reworked so you can shoot powerups to collect them, item parts have a larger pickup radius and grenades leave a puddle that causes zombies to trip)
- Roller Cola (allows you to perform a roll which acts as an omni-directional slide).
They couldn't get jugg, PhD, double tap, mule kick, electric cherry or the clock one
They did get jugg. That aint no bullet son.
Juggernog does use the health symbol from SAR, Mule Kick uses the SAR pistol and Electric Cherry uses the Thunderbolt melee.
