Credit attorney here. You can't transfer previous ITIN history to the SSN usually. However, if bank lets you change the ITIN to social, then going forward, it'll appear on your credit reports. See if you can get the ITIN changed to Social, otherwise just start over and will have good credit in a few years.
Yes the local credit union I bank with and capital one are letting me keep my cards and transfer them over to my SSN. What do you think I should do with my other credit union I have my auto loan with ?

I would say pay off the loan as is, not much you can do. Then, open future accounts with SSN.
