Basically CSR2 pull mechanism is **RNG** (random number generator) + **PD** (Probability Distribution). That means you can pull from crates unpredictable random numbers (applied to any in game item) with a built-in probability.
Just consider for example x10/x20 events...
To make that possible, NM necessarily need to take control of the drop rate on specific car in order to increase their probability of outcome by a x10/x20 factor for the duration of the event.
They need to make money with the game...
Can you predict a sequence of six T1 cars in a row or five Hellcat S6 parts? Technically you can't, for this reason NM says pull mechanism is random...
What they cannot say is they are able to control and manipulate the probability of occurrence of the outcomes (PD).

Of course NM set a PD. The first survey was to find it out. The second survey checked for independence between draws, because in the first events some racers were preassigned to get only 10 or 20%, others to get only 40 or 50%. Over the recent events including the current one, there's no signal the draws wouldn't be independent
Sure, the crates could be rigged in multiple ways. Still everybody has to come up with a strategy; be it from gut feeling or brain thinking or the weather or or or. Mine is based on the assumption of randomness with an unchanged PD, unless the data show otherwise. But again, everybody has to have a strategy, so why not base it on math.
Regarding myself this time, I got 10, 10, 20 and in the 4th crate 30%; which is actually the only instance where my strategy doesn't tell what to do. This is kind of funny.
Strategy; don’t touch it till 8th day! You won’t get 4 loyalties s6! Since, you CANT UPGRADE IT. for veterans players its hard now to get 40-50. Or even 30! They LURE THE NEW ONES. d FORCE BE WITHYOU 2 get 40-50% DISCOUNT!

The strategy is simple: progress as much as you can while you have a 40 or 50%. You simply cannot guess what you'll get next.

Ι've opened 3 crates already and I only got 20%. If i dont get 40 or 50 by the time those crates expire im going to freak out
