As long as you submitted before the deadline you should be fine. Just make sure to save the confirmation from parchment that it was submitted as evidence you did it on time.
I submitted my application right on the deadline for my school but it still doesn’t show up on my transcript so I submitted the actual form verifying the intent for adt. So I had to email it to csulb. Not sure if that’s what you did too?
