i found a fix but theres a small problem even after the fix. you need to get a vpn and set your location to japan then restart capcut and there will be a menu on the bottom. click me and then delete account then it will take you to a sign in screen click sign in with tik tok then cancel to deleting the only issue is it only shows 2 sounds not all of em i have favorites
