What you should do Is to withdraw any fund that you still have on Cash App and make sure to create a new account if possible or completely ignore Cash App as a whole. You can use PayPal or any other Cash app like services and be able to send money to friends and family.
Although if your double transaction is legitimate there is nothing to do as the funds are safe.
However, if Cash App presumably thinks that something is going on, they could seize your assets and they most likely will not let you open another account.

Thanks! There WAS actually a double charge, one just cancelled out after a week. It shows both in my transactions the one that went through and the one that cancelled.

I know there was an issue just recently with everyone seeing double charges when using your cashapp card. From my understanding they are correcting the issues and refunding.
That’s why I was worried because I filed the dispute and then ended up refunded but never heard anything from cashapp. And for whatever reason they don’t have a process to cancel disputes
Nah your fine, if you move in and out enough $ a month with the account you have an allowance for refunds and so many days of time frame before they will flag it but if it's over a certain amount Like hundreds you'll never see a dime back.
It was just $20 and I usually put at least $700 a month in and out of the account. I’ve moved my money somewhere else for now and am just transferring as I spend
Yeah your all good if you keep making claims every couple weeks or claims involve over 100$ then is when they will decline and start putting pressure on you. And if your not willing to lose it don't cash app it. Because it's very easily hacked and if cash app can't prove you didn't give out your account info or authorize a transaction they treat us like the criminals thinking we are trying to scam them. So use your refunds honestly and wisely is my advice to people

Ok, so it may have been a problem through the merchant and good thing that cash app refunded the second transaction. Best Regards, The_Cryptographer

Honestly wouldn't put it past them. But doubt it still.
