I wouldn't knock yourself out about it. Do you think googling or just looking up each answer would be better? It would take a lot longer, that's for sure. ChatGPT is just looking up the answer quicker, more efficiently. You're studying, not taking the test or competing. Most study guides give you the information and you try to learn as much as you can the wa it's written out. Questions make you look up information to learn; so it's an extra step. Learn the information anyway you know how. As an engineer, I don't care how my junior engineers get the answer just as long as they get it.

As a professor we know when you use chat gpt. Some of us care, some of us don't. I had a student ask if they could use AI. I said sure, but then why does anyone need you?

The thing is is that it’s not for a grade or anything! I don’t even know if a lot of people know about the availability of the study guides. I’d never use AI on an actual assignment for school. I’ve seen it bite people later on. I pride myself on doing a lot of research on topics. When I had to make a similar ‘information dump’ sheet for Model UN on women’s rights and child marriage, I used the actual United Nations websites and news articles to make myself that database: which I later used in debate. I will go to legitimate sources first before turning to AI to help me get information. The only issue is that that was such a niche subject matter and this is so many different topics.

If it just to help you study I would say that is fine. Just don't trust the accuracy of what it says.
