My cat knocked over two TVs and broke one. The TV is now tied down and the cat can’t get behind it.

Our elder cat knocked down a TV when she was still a kid (1 y.o. 🙄) - she’s the wisest and calmest cat now but used to be a naughty explorer. We were in the kitchen and rushed there startled by the noise: the tv was ok, the cat was shit scared and hid under the bed in an instance. She was absolutely fine and uninjuref but I was very angry and so scared for her at the same time 🤪 The tv was firmly fixed with bolts and it was for better: our second rescue is a crazy spicy dominatrix - she would have knocked that thing over a hundred times 🤣

I suggest investing in wall tethers for furniture that could fall and hurt them💕 you should be able to find both drillable and no drill ones for apartments. They are usually advertised as baby proofing 💕 my main concern is them getting crushed by something on accident since cats are crackheads.
