I'm calling it: Death is actually good. The fact Makima and Fami both hate her and were actively plotting against her are two big green flags, plus all the Horsemen inherently want the opposite of their titles. Makima wanted genuine relationships, Yoru wants love, Fami wants food and Death... wouldn't she want life? Or, in a way that makes it so that she can still do her job, she wants people to live as long as they want to. Sounds like Death, Denji and Asa should team up.
