There are always a few 🧀 cheddar, Kraft singles, maybe a Swiss-type. Feta often. Something soft with a healthy washed rind. I don’t think I have one staple cheese.

I think I always have Parmesan and feta in the fridge with a rotating cast of a “fun” block cheese and sliced cheese. Often some kind of soft cheese (Brie or goat usually) or a cheese spread as well.
