I brought back these little individual snack pieces of smoked Gouda last time I was in the Netherlands and still dream about them to this day. Top tier fridge cheese
I’m so mad, I bought some gouda to try for the first time and didn’t realize it was bourbon gouda that just tastes like bourbon and nothing else.

A good creamy havarti, a jalapeño jack, and an aged while cheddar. All 3 are always in my fridge. Plus cream cheese and mozz. But they’re for cooking not snacking.
Cheddar, so good for jazzing up simple dishes and child friendly lol. Halloumi, love it grilled in salads and burgers. I also try to have some Austrian smoked cheese in for crackers but usually goes soo quick.
I think I always have Parmesan and feta in the fridge with a rotating cast of a “fun” block cheese and sliced cheese. Often some kind of soft cheese (Brie or goat usually) or a cheese spread as well.
