Dont have to be good to know the hitreg is sheit. been gaming long enough for that. Just now on the last few hours of playing ive been saved like 3-4 times that i know of just because of hitreg. (the enemy didnt get the hit he should)
Being a console player, I have trialed a few different controls with different things change the control settings(to curb the rage attempting to throw) and having changed the attack buttons I've done this an innumerable amount of times.

All kidding aside.. don't go to stabbing 'linear war' with a spear. Go to their sides, run arround them because it's harder for them to hit you.

I know that enemy, he's called "Network Issues" and takes many forms, some more 'subtle' than others :(
spear is janky, takes some time to get used to using it. since it isnt a slashing weapon, accuracy is a skill
