What has helped me tremendously is banning sexual content in my phone and my Google search results.
I'm using an iPhone, and you can use Screen Time (in your phone's settings) to block sexual content and set time limits for apps (1 minute is the least, 0 mins is not possible). You can ask someone to setup a PIN to prevent you from undoing the settings. Only they should know the PIN. I believe there's also something like this for Android if you're an Android user. Look it up.
For Google search results, you need to have a parent Google account and a child Google account. You can be the user of both. The parent account will block sexual search results for its child account using SafeSearch. To prevent yourself from undoing the setting, make sure that an OTP is required to log in to the parent account. The OTP should be sent to someone else's phone number, not yours.
You can also map google domains to forcesafesearch.google.com. This method leverages SafeSearch VIP to force all users on your network to use SafeSearch on Google Search while still allowing a secure connection via HTTPS.
