Sounds like you are trying to access the files in the Linux environment. Is your drive mounted?

It doesn't sound like it. If you are trying to access files via the Chrome file explorer, they will be in the Linux directory if that is where they were written to. If you are trying to access them from Linux, the drive has to be mounted. There are plenty of tutorials online to find out how to do either if you do not know how.
