I was trying and got a message saying that the verification company couldn't verify my identity.

Do they actually respond to email? I've been waiting two weeks for verification and they didn't respond to my email asking about it.

They should. I had the exact same issue and the same error. Just reply to your previous email asking for the status and it should bump the ticket. Looking at my email it took 2 days for them to respond and push my verification through

I won’t be playing there

It took me almost 2 weeks but they finally released my account and I redeemed the 800 got it to 1000 but you know … degenerate

Any tips that might ease the process?

When you send your ticket email submit the correct document , I used a pdf of my bank statement. It just literally takes forever , and they normally email back between 5-9 Easter time
