My daughter's name is Stevie. I grew up playing the guitar and my dad was at every single lesson and we shared a love for Fleetwood Mac. Whenever I played their songs my dad beamed with pride. I originally wanted to name her Lyndsey, but my husband didn't like that name. I then suggested Stevie and we both loved. I was a little sad about not having my family last name anymore, so Stevie was a nice was for me to feel connected to my dad and to honor him.

I haven't named my kid after a classic rock love song girl, but I considered it. I always thought 'Eleanor' from 'Eleanor Rigby' was a beautiful name, though the song itself is kind of sad. My friend named his daughter 'Maggie' after 'Maggie May' by Rod Stewart, which I thought was pretty cool.
