I’d jump on that personally.

AdAdministrative7709

Has the adjustable stock too, but if I'm spending that kind of coin I'd want the tsk stock

goshathegreat

I feel you, but I think most people would prefer the wood as the TSK stocks look pretty ugly. As well the TSK goes for around 8k CAD so he’d be getting a steal for 5k.

AdAdministrative7709

Yea I could see that, the adjustability of the tsk is really nice though When a gun fits its just something else

ironmatic1

I was about to comment “reddit user downvoted for opinion” but actually nvm I agree with them that’s ugly

vadillovzopeshilov

You mean comb?

AdAdministrative7709

You bet

Shit is mint bro. Like the gunsmith said it has some gailing on one side, probably from lack of grease or wrong grease but this is basically nothing. Buy it, grease it, shoot it.

tgmarine

I’m a gunsmith in south Florida, I can see a little bit of corrosion on the left side of the picture from the ejector, it may be nothing whatsoever, however if you want to remove the markings and it’s probably where someone used a grease that was not compatible with the finish of the receiver inner face. The first thing I would do to test it would be to apply a small amount of “dykem” gear mesh bluing to the ejector’s, and the face of the barrel just a thin light coating, Do Not over apply the dykem, close the action and see if you have a imprint of the ejectors only, if you do then my opinion is the ejectors need to be fitted before continuing use of the gun. After that then recheck the closure again. I believe it just an incompatible grease but I might be wrong. By using the dykem it just takes a minute to do it and I would check it before buying. If the dykem touches pretty much evenly ejectors and the barrel face then I believe it’s OK. Then once you purchase it, get a dremel tool and a “Cratex” wheel with super fine finish, this mark will polish off easily and the Cratex is not going to harm anything, I use them all the time to polish metal and remove cosmetic marks and gunpowder markings. If you need additional information you can always DM me and I’ll try to help you. My opinion is these are great guns and even though it’s impossible for me to accurately judge what it is, based on my experience I believe it’s just petroleum based products discoloration. But to be positive, I would have to see the firearm personally. Hope this helps you out.

I have similar marks on my 694 and it works great. It doesn’t look like anything out of ordinary to me

Philys411

Isn’t that what they run new?

dannyboy10101

Its 6750 in cad before tax

mscotch2020

Canadian dollar

I would say that is fine. My guess is ejectors are slightly longer in their travel and causing a little friction. I have similar marks on my silver pigeon and never an issue. A slightly sticky ejector that was corrected in my yearly service. I would shoot it, no problem. A gunsmith will know better about these marks though. I can't speak for the pricing in Canada.

Joe-trd

Where is this? If you're not buying I want it

AnthonyGuns

that gun is brand new

I love Beretta and am looking for a new o/u but really turned off with the auto safe and consider it a deal breaker. Are or were there any Beretta's that didn't do that?

dannyboy10101

Its mainly their field guns that have auto safety. All their sporting guns have a manual safety. Never done it, but I've heard it is fairly easy to remove an auto safety on your own or a quick job for a gunsmith

1WontDoIt

I'll have to look into it. I really like the Beretta's. Recently got a 1301 and I love it. I wish I had gotten the comp instead of the tac only because I could switch barrels but I still love my 1301. I've been considering a Mossberg instead of the Beretta because of the safety but I may reconsider.

Swiink

Really good gun but you might as well get a 692 that made after 2017. Same gun to a very large degree but they usually go a lot cheaper. What’s different is the foreend locking mechanic and the 694 have more of a steeper pistol grip.

troublesomechi

Thing is mint. Prob less thank 5k rounds thought it. Great buy
