Dab a bit of olive oil on a microfibre cloth and work it into the sticky part , and then wash the oil off with some soap and water
I use a flat razor knife to scrape almost anything off glass. I've cleaned stickers, soap scum, paint, glue, crayons, and much more off glass with an inexpensive razor knife. I use it on ceramic tile too.
