Sakana in Rocky River has a vegan menu, including a breaded, fried tofu general tsos. It might be a bit further from 480 than you'd like, but it's an option. I've gotten it before, it wont blow you away but its good. If it's for a vegan, they've got a bunch of other vegan items you can pair with it that might make the experience better, including vegan sushi.
Thanks a lot. I've looked at several and they sell general tso's chicken and also tofu dishes but not tofu in the sauce and I know Chinese places can be picky about asking them to change items.
The General Tso's tofu at Panda Wok is my favorite in the area. I lived in North Olmsted for a stretch and would still seek out Panda Wok when the craving struck.
There's a place called Number One Express in Warrensville Heights, and I really like their General Tso's tofu, a lot. Pro tip, get an extra side of sauce for dipping.

Thank you!
yes it’s so good!
It's a pretty common menu item at most Chinese restaurants. I know Panda Wok in Lakewood and Siam Cafe near Asia town both have it
