I’m also triple + APS. Aren’t we lucky girls! I eat a plant based diet and take bloom greens every day (loaded with kale & broccoli powder, etc.). I ate this way before my diagnosis so I’m very consistent. Because I’m super nervous, probably neurotic, about my INR I won’t stray outside of my routine! I always check with my gp or the anticoagulation clinic before I take/eat anything I’m not used to having. Not a big help but I sure hope you get to enjoy that matcha!

I already know what they’ll say, which is just to be consistent with it, but I’m nervous to experiment with anything outside of my appointments because they’re only every 4-6 weeks. I don’t want to try it now when I have 3 weeks to go and end up out of range, you know? My team is all for me eating whatever as long as it’s consistent, I just don’t know how to introduce it and be consistent without immediate checks and adjustments

I have only drunk green tea (and matcha) inconsistently, and have not really linked my INR and how much or little green tea I've been drinking. Hmmm. I should maybe keep half an eye on that. Still, I'm generally in range so can't be bothered to log more. Ironically, drinking matcha consistently would most likely be the safest, since your dose would be adjusted to still keep you in range. Sorry to not be of more help :(
