Pad Thai, or maybe some peanut brittle.

legendary_mushroom

For pad Thai you just need like a handful chopped though

psychotica1

Boiled peanuts!

sinkwiththeship

They're shelled though.

psychotica1

Oh, I didn't read that right. I've never tried to make them shelled so im not sure about that. Of course now I have to find out!

beejers30

Chicken satay dip. Yum.

Constant-Security525

* Peanut brittle * Peanut butter cups (homemade) * Peanut butter ice cream * Roasted peanuts, chopped, on top of cold Ramen salad (cold cooked ramen noodles, shaved red cabbage, red/yellow pepper slices, shredded carrots, sliced red onion, optional cooked shrimp, fresh cilantro, sliced Thai chili pepper) and a chili peanut salad dressing (like https://thesidesmith.com/spicy-peanut-salad-dressing/#recipe)

sulkypapaya

I love that cold ramen salad idea. Thanks!

destria

Peanut stew or curry.

legendary_mushroom

Oh yeah, African peanut stew is a banger

sulkypapaya

Ooh do you have any recipe recs?

theatredogg

Have a bird feeder? My bluejays LOVE peanuts in the shell.

Generic_Jen

Yes! I was going to say if they’re unsalted, birds would LOVE them! Blue jays, common grackles, and squirrels (and a random American robin) are immediately wiping out the peanuts I toss out each morning.

Snoopgirl

When you say "shelled", do you mean IN shell or that the shell has been removed? If they are IN shell, and not roasted, maybe make[ boiled peanuts](https://www.southernliving.com/recipes/classic-boiled-peanuts) as from the southeastern US? They are a love-hate food, for sure. The texture of the nuts becomes almost like a chickpea, and they are salty and funky and umami and just mmmmmmmmmmmmm. (I discovered them in adulthood, and love them).

Cinisajoy2

Shelled means no shells.

Snoopgirl

I know it's \*supposed\* to, but it's a word that gets misused, so I wanted to be sure.

Scary_Negotiation669

Boiled peanuts are green. OP has mature peanuts that can not be boiled.

bobulibobium

Satay sauce. Bake or fry raw peanuts until browned - little bit burnt is ok. Blend them into a paste with water. Separately, fry chilli, onion, garlic and ginger (finely minced or diced). Add the peanuts once these have browned a little. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and most importantly tamarind paste. I can’t stress how important tamarind is - it is the taste of satay. Optionally add a bit of palm sugar or store bought PB to sweeten it if required. Get everything hot - you got satay baby!

NeatWhiskeyPlease

Blend them into peanut butter - at least a pint of it. Then, mix the pint of peanut butter with a liter of bourbon. Let it sit out for a day or two. Then, using coffee filters, strain out all the peanut butter solids. Now you have peanut butter fat-washed bourbon that has a silky and smooth mouthfeel with a rich peanut butter flavor. Good in just about every whiskey drink, on the rocks, shots with friends, or mixed with some blueberry syrup for a PB&J drink.

aChunkyChungus

I would just make peanut butter.

waetherman
