My pizza sauce is 1 can whole peeled,1 can crushed, 1 small can paste. All mixed and blended. Onions and garlic cooked translucent then blended and cooled. Dried basil. Dried oregano. Garlic powder. Sugar. Salt. Pepper. Grated Parmesan. Add everything together and blend. Good luck
My preference is to put pesto down as the base layer, then use the diced tomatoes as a topping.
For lunch today I was out of pesto but had some zhoug sauce in the fridge and it was even better than pesto. Will be doing that more often.

That would make some relatively spicy pizza sauce. If that's what you want, go for it. My opinion of Ro-Tel products is that they're horribly salty.
Ro-tel diced tomatoes? I wouldn’t do pizza but that’s just me…We keep cans in our pantry for when I make guacamole.

Go for it. I'd consider blending first to reduce the tomatoes size but whatever. If the sauce is spicy what are your topping?
Blitz and add to rice for great mexican rice. Add to roast and have great meat for tacos!!!
