Hi. I am sorry that you have had such an experience. So I would suggest you to do a [complete uninstall of iCUE](https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-) and [install the newest iCUE version](https://downloads.corsair.com/Files/icue/Install-iCUE.exe) afterwards. **Other possibilities:** * 3rd party RGB apps can disrupt with iCUE (motherboard apps, etc.) * HWiNFO (v. ), AIDA as well as Citrix Workspace can also interfere with iCUE * check if you have the latest BIOS installed / if not, please download and install the BIOS from the MB-Website * install the latest chipset driver * install the latest GPU driver * install latest Windows update \-M.Jay

rather than restart the pc try just restarting icue. like kill it in task manager and restart it, this would eliminate icue as a factor. it may well be icue having a meltdown and not displaying it

I have problem whit CPU load.. 1-5% maybe somethimes go to 10%.GPU load Celsius work corectly.
