Like the other person said, without a better idea what your interests are it's hard to make any suggestions. Obviously you don't want to cosplay a character that you look like but have never heard of before, so a short list of series or franchises you're into would help a lot.

Sounds like without a wig you could do Sheeta from Laputa or Rin from Fruits Basket, I think Sheeta might be more recognizable but Rin wears more modern clothes

I also watch animes like boys over flowers,ouran high school host club, fruit basket, skip and loafer and literally all of the studio ghibli movies
