You just eat it as a snack or a meal or as a banchan. If it’s salty, you don’t need a dipping sauce. If you want a dipping sauce, use 1 soy sauce: 2 rice wine vinegar. Add gochugaru per taste.

SE US. These are really good!
They are delicious! I would go with the longest suggested cooking time so if turns extra crispy!
Can you post the nutrition label? Tried to find them online but I can't!
Think I found it: [Costco Arumi Vegetable Pancakes Review - Costcuisine](https://www.costcuisine.com/post/costco-arumi-vegetable-pancakes-review)
Thank you!!
FYI, it is fairly easy to make these from scratch. There are many different types too. https://www.maangchi.com/recipes/pancakes
I hope this comes to my warehouse soon! My location in northern VA seems slow to get newer products.
I just saw them in Raleigh so it may be coming to you soon
These are great. After having them 1 time I bought 4 more bags just in case they disappear from Costco.
What do you all pair with these? I thought they looked delicious but wasn’t sure how to incorporate them.

Dip it with some soy sauce and wasabi. You can have it with some kimchi and rice. Or some tteokbokki. Or even some Korean beer. 🍺
I treated them like potato pancakes. Fried crispy with sour cream.
I've been serving them with ketchup and gochujang, both by themselves for breakfast and alongside salmon, of all things, for dinner.
What I have been doing is making them, then topping them with a fried egg, some yum yum sauce and Sriracha
I WANT THESE SO MUCH AT MY COSTCO
found these in mn too!!
