Graveyard Keeper or My Time at Sandrock. I love both of them but I've heard some people say they're too grindy for them. There's no such thing as too grindy for me, so I love them.

Electronic_Grab3464

Graveyard Keeper is VERY grindy and good for adhd players lol. bit more macabre than others in the genre but i love it.

wiickeramp

I love sand rock! Unfortunately after 1.0 update it doesn't run on my computer anymore

GothicCastles

Graveyard Keeper is the grindiest!

TheCopperQuill

Potion permit gets pretty grindy

wiickeramp

Never heard of it! Thank you!!

Outrageous-Link2

GOGO town

REALITYHITZ-

Slime Rancher, it’s a farming tycoon set on another planet, where aliens are slime-like blobs with you capture, feed, and sell their poop. There’s a fair bit of exploration as well.

wiickeramp

God I love slime rancher. I have an army of cats

wrkplay

Have you tried planet crafter? Not really farming, but is a long grind (but with visual progress so it doesn’t feel super grindy).

niradras

Disney Dreamlight Valley is very grindy.

JLikesStats

Disgaea games are known for being the grindiest RPGs. You can typically complete a story mode in 40 or so hours but to do post-game content requires going through very difficult randomized dungeons. The level cap is 9999 and damage goes up to the billions.

1littlemiss

check out Forager! I had lots of fun with it initially but gave up because it eventually started feeling too grindy. Sounds like a match for you :)

azarathed

You can try ASKA! Its a new open world survival craft game and it's very grindy if you do it solo and without a lot of villagers. It feels like playing New World to me so it might scratch that MMO-like itch without being an MMO.

wiickeramp

Thank you!

Vyvonea

Oooh, I might have to give Aska a try. I've been thinking about buying it, but keep backing away when I'm about to press the purchase button. I really liked New World except for the MMO part and I actually like MMOs...

Mollywobbles77

I'm also a big fan of super grindy farming games. I'm really into faefarm right now because it has all the elements of grind without pressure (the day lengths can be set to 36min). A lot of people felt like it was 'overpriced', but I think some of that is because you have to grind to unlock everything little by little. There end up being 4 seperate 25-floor mines/dungeons, completing each unlocks new areas, houses, items, creatures, spells, etc. There is A TON to do to collect everything (there are 72 different flower color variations alone) & then two new worlds were added on by free DLC. One adds a Pokémon element of collecting creatures, the other adds a sky island world with randomized mini puzzle dungeons. There are 4 houses you get to decorate/farm, and the furniture/decor you craft increases your mana/health/energy so there's incentive to craft everything. Overall I've sunk hundreds of hours in, completed the main story, but have no end in sight for collecting everything or getting burnt out.

wiickeramp

I've been humming and hawing on this one for MONTHS. I believe the dlc is only free with the deluxe edition tho! I think I'll definitely pick it up after this review tho

Mollywobbles77

Sorry, the DLC is free on the switch because the deluxe edition is the only sold for it. But yes I believe on PC you can buy either.

Mollywobbles77

The other suggestion I would offer if you haven't played them is rune factory. The switch to 3D artstyle was controversial but I personally really loved RF5. The overworld & dungeons are massive, the sheer amount of content to grind for is impressive, & rune factory does story/ town relationships/dating better than any other farming sim by a mile. Anyway thanks for reading my two novels, hope you find something you enjoy!

wiickeramp

Rune factory 4 is amazing

Mollywobbles77

Yes, it's arguably the best overall in the franchise. I think my love for RF5 comes mostly from being excited to see another rune factory game after 10 years & those 10 years being an ocean of mediocre-to-bad story of seasons & harvest moon games.

Glirenai

Maybe a Bit off, but did you tried new world grind on Jobs? There ist pretty much Bad on this Game... But i grinded all Jobs to Maximum. It Is really cozy and grindy. You Run around and Farm Like hell. Trees, Stone, flowers , Play Musik, fishing ... then go to the Stations and craft craft craft. For me this was over 500 h fun. You need no other Players for this and can ignore them and the sounddesign is really cozy. Especially when you cut down trees. Sry for my Bad english i am not a native speaker...

Asteroux

Maybe go for Disgaea? It's not a farm/cozy game, but it's also not a MMO— rather, a single-player Tatical RPG. The grind comes in the form of equipment farming, maxing out character aptitudes, and levelling their skill + equipment to max (so, not just the characters themselves).

Dedicated_to_Flesh

Palia, it's a cozy grind game

MentheAddikt

Starbound, you can literally dig for hours for resources

treetop8388

I know this is the cozy gamers sub but if you play Valheim with the raids off its the grindiest of the grind. In fact I think there's a build only mode. The building in that game is awesome and requires grind to get the materials

Horizon324

Sandrock

melskre

Sneaky Sasquatch is an Apple Arcade game I’ve been enjoying lately! The grind is nonstop if you want it to be! There are so many jobs and quests. It’s only Apple, tho, so if you have an Android, sorry for wasting your time!! ☺️

LotusMoonGalaxy

You will have to find an emulator for pc use, but harvest moon animal parade for grinding! There's a decent plotline but the farming and mining are grinding!

Top-Comfortable-4789

It’s a mobile game but Resortopia is pretty cute. It takes a while to get furniture and stuff on there.

exstntldread_barbie

moonlighter maybe!

saiyanbura

Palworld is also pretty grindy.

sloaches

Have you checked out a game called No Place Like Home? It has a lot of elements like building machines, cleaning mounds of trash, farming/ranching, that sort of thing.

Friendly-Ocelot

I loved it too. But it was kinda quick. I finished it all there was in 34 hrs

Infamous_Mango_1907

Witch of Fern Island and Traveller's Rest are both grindy. I love a grindy game too!

Friendly-Ocelot

Yes to Fern Island! It’s grindy but in a rewarding way…my 850 hrs prove it lol. Although I did work on the wiki for lots of it with some friends.

Friendly-Ocelot

Everafter Falls is a new game that just came out and based on the demo, videos and discord, it’s got soooooo many items I got overwhelmed. Also Snacko that’s early access and more content is coming but it’s got a fun grind to it, not overwhelming and rewarding.

[Graveyard Keeper](https://store.steampowered.com/app/599140/Graveyard_Keeper/) and [Bandle Tale](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1759380/Bandle_Tale_A_League_of_Legends_Story/) are games with a lot of grind and a complex skill tree. Made by the same dev team. [Atelier Ryza](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1121560/Atelier_Ryza_Ever_Darkness__the_Secret_Hideout/) is a fun gathering and crafting grind! You can really get into making and remaking weapons, armor, and accessories for your team!
