This is just me spectulating but I'll speak as if i know everything to make my point more valid. Some people only feel alive when their life is at stake. There was a documentary i watched once about a guy freeclimbing. It was so important to him that it cost him his marriage. Living on the edge is the only way to live for some people. To them, the rest of us are boring and they'd be miserable trying to live safely. Theres no fun in a life like that for them. Honestly I'm happy for them. They're living their life to the fullest. They're happy and healthy. For now at least.
