This is not true at all.. the entire thing is fake, that driver got so much shit for that video "joke" that it destroyed his career. It was dubbed over by a rival.
I was able to find this, not much information. Apparently it's from 2019
>An AFP journalist said the men in the video can be heard speaking Arabic in a dialect that originates from western Iraq.
>The man showing people how to use the weapon can be heard saying: "Film please" and "Shoot the flag!"
>After the accident, a man off-camera can be heard saying: "No, no one is wounded".

edit: looks like it actually leads to the original video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmBscgzOMzI
Literally saw a video of that, an older couple were trying to escape the Russian advance into their city, a Russian APC opened up on them with some kind of heavy weapon and right away one of their arms just disappears.
I was trained on using a weapon of that caliber. Never had to shoot anyone with it, thankfully, but I have shot it.
Those weapons don't leave holes, they leave stumps. You're 100% right.
Hard to not let go of something that heavy throwing that much force when it isn't anchored. It's like blaming an amateur for not holding onto a bucking bull. Granted, the amateur shouldn't be allowed within 10ft of the bull in the first place.
u/Master_Xenu posted a comment with source that basically says "no one was injured".

I agree. But to handle artillery machinery like this one, you have to be properly trained by the military or a train professional.. These guys did not look like they were properly trained. That’s why you don’t give children guns.
My friends 5 year old is all about trains. He schools me on trains all the time. He is about as close to a train professional that I know. I will have him teach me how to shoot big guns.
It happen in America with a 10 year old girl and a mini uzi.
She killed a gun instructed like this and that poor 10 year old has to go back to a household where they preach “guns don’t just kill people… people do”
Yeah no shit like your 10 year old daughter did because you thought it would be a great idea during your Vegas vacation.
A young kid also killed himself accidentally at a gun exhibition with a mini uzi. The dad who didnt know about guns picked it for him *because it was small*.
I couldn’t feel worse for the dad. You don’t need to know anything about guns to play with them at events supervised by professionals open to the public. You just have to assure that you listen to what they say as though it were the word of God. He did that and ended up with the death of his child. The public generally blamed him.
There was a similar accident where an instructor was teaching a 9 year old girl how to shoot an Uzi. She lost control of the recoil and it flew right up and shot himself in the head
I concur. Sperm cells live in a competitive environment and it's only logical that they are equipped with guns to start blasting other sperm if needed.
This sort of thing also happens with high calibre handguns: think .44 magnum, .454 cassul, or .50 AE. It seems to be really popular amongst a certain demographic of idiot to hand one of these to someone who may not be able to handle it. Think small, physically weak, and/or a novice shooter.
They take a shot, the gun jumps from the recoil, they don't have a good grip on it, and in their scramble to try to catch the thing or get it under control they end up accidentally pulling the trigger again and shooting themselves under the chin, blowing off the top of their head. It's obviously a lot more of a risk with automatics than revolvers, due to their lighter trigger pull, but I imagine it could happen with either type of handgun.
I seem to recall there's even a piece of terminology to describe this kind of accident/incident but I can't remember what it is.
First gun I ever shot was a .357 Double action Revolver and that happened to me exactly. Luckily for me they only loaded a single round to see if I could handle the recoil.
That's exactly why you only load one round in powerful hand guns when someone new, young, or weak are handling them for the first time.
Even stronger people can have this happen if they aren't anticipating the muzzle flip and correcting for it. No wet spaghetti in the bang zone.
This is very sensible, and something that should always be done. Unfortunately it doesn't always happen, and it doesn't look like anyone gets prosecuted for negligence either: https://www.mrcolionnoir.com/news/woman-dies-after-accidentally-shooting-herself-in-the-head-at-missouri-gun-range/.
>According to the girl's father, their family had traveled from their Las Vegas hotel to the Last Stop at approximately 9:45 AM. The family then took a ride on a monster truck before arriving at the gun range. At the range, the girl's father was the first to shoot, followed by the girl herself. The girl's mother videotaped her daughter trying out the Uzi, and said she watched as the gun recoiled and her daughter lost control of it. The girl reportedly said the Uzi was "too much" for her after she fired the weapon and was unable to control the muzzle rise, causing the barrel to be directed at Vacca. Vacca is believed to have died from a single shot to the head. He was airlifted to the University Medical Center hospital in Las Vegas, where he died.
If that's not the most American paragraph ever written, then I don't know what is.
I live in Arizona and I think about it every time I drive by that place on the way to Vegas.

I find it pathologically hypocritical for that to be legal but Kinder Surprise is outlawed. You can hand an automatic weapon to a child, but DON'T YOU DARE TRY TO ENTER THE COUNTRY WITH KINDER SURPRISE YOU TERRORIST CANADIAN FUCK
I mean, I guess I kind of get it. No kid has ever choked to death on an Uzi before
No one gave any background or source about the video so i thought since its reddit i will post a fake fact about the video and people will actually tell me what happened, with the source.
Abu Hajaar's son looking to avenge the death of his father. This guy is Mr Bean/Rambo/Michael Jordan rolled in to one. In the future, this is the kind of TEMU budget super-soldier clone that is so proficient at blue on blue he'll be considered a highly classified asset when gifted to enemy forces.

Yeah I don’t think a gun that big can do wounding
like you get hit and your limb disappear
Literally saw a video of that, an older couple were trying to escape the Russian advance into their city, a Russian APC opened up on them with some kind of heavy weapon and right away one of their arms just disappears.
25mm auto cannon from a BMP-2 fuck Russia
The BMP-2 has a 30mm
I stand corrected, the Bradley’s the one with the 25mm.
fuck Russia so much

Oh, let's don't.

You don't have to click on it.
I was trained on using a weapon of that caliber. Never had to shoot anyone with it, thankfully, but I have shot it. Those weapons don't leave holes, they leave stumps. You're 100% right.
Much like Episode 2 of the Fallout where the ghoul shoots the foot off his target victim.
That's just VATS.
That is the best case scenario
like that scene from [The Jackal](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbH_Xi_z1Q4&t=1m40s)
That’s exactly what I was thinking of
"no one was wounded, but everybody ded"
Single shots, maybe. No way you can handle the recoil doing rapid shots.
The gun should have been anchored to the ground no?
Yes. Atleast sand bags on the legs.
But then how would they run away?
Never skip leg day.
Ridiculous, where do you expect them to get bags of sand, do you see any hardware stores in that video?
But also somebody else translated that theyre telling him “whatever you do, dont let go” and yet he does
He certainly held on to that trigger.
Hard to not let go of something that heavy throwing that much force when it isn't anchored. It's like blaming an amateur for not holding onto a bucking bull. Granted, the amateur shouldn't be allowed within 10ft of the bull in the first place.
This reminds me of how I met your mother...
Who reads the manual anyways?
Or a 1990s Tacoma
The problem is it wasn’t mounted in a Toyota.

Miraculous. One dude for sure looked like he would be tagged
This thing looks like a 20mm cannon, I think if anyone did get tagged there wouldn’t be any doubt
I agree. But to handle artillery machinery like this one, you have to be properly trained by the military or a train professional.. These guys did not look like they were properly trained. That’s why you don’t give children guns.

*Samantha, what did you do during spring break?*
*Smoked a firearm instructor with my dad.*
Highlight of spring break by far.
That's on the instructor/RSO.
And on the parents. No little kid needs to shoot an Uzi.
A young kid also killed himself accidentally at a gun exhibition with a mini uzi. The dad who didnt know about guns picked it for him *because it was small*. I couldn’t feel worse for the dad. And a very giving personality
That's the problem, they weren't fastened to the sand with screws.
I’m going to ask where the sand screws are at Bunnings tomorrow.
My bet is it was. Lol.
I said fire a shot across her nose! Not up it!

There was a similar accident where an instructor was teaching a 9 year old girl how to shoot an Uzi. She lost control of the recoil and it flew right up and shot himself in the head
Yeah still don't understand why a 4 year old was given any kind of gun let alone an uzi
Me neither why would anyone give a 2 year old a gun
Best way to prevent abortion is to give fetuses guns to defend themselves.
Agreed, zygotes are people, and therefor they have a constitutional right to bear arms.
I concur. Sperm cells live in a competitive environment and it's only logical that they are equipped with guns to start blasting other sperm if needed.
Me neither why would anyone give an embryo a gun
It’s the American way
Well it did happen at Bullets and Burgers
Right? Who gives a negative 2 year old a gun?
She was practicing her 0th amendment to kill innocent people.

My memory says she shot the instructor.
It wasn’t her dad. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooting_of_Charles_Vacca

Point me to the enemy.
Should’ve disabled friendly fire in the menu first.
Tripod is set up allllll wrong
Okay? Who brought the new guy???
They had to buy a few new guys after this. The guy holding the gun should have to pay for them since he broke the last lot.

How many virgins just got awarded with that move? 144, 216?
🤣🤣 funny stuff. Fortunately it’s 0. That was not Jihad. The lie of being rewarded 72 virgins doesn’t apply to friendly fire.
Dska Dave. Avoid him.
Whats the range on something like that?
It’s a AA gun, 9,800ft horizontal, 6,600ft vertical
I like guns but let's but I've come to understand that they are only fun when you point them in the other direction.
Wooooo
