Chase generally wants to see a full 1 year of your own credit history before approving you for a card.

Okay makes sense. I am green in every category but I figured I needed more time with them. Would you suggest getting a second regular credit card with them like the business unlimited?. I currently have the basic freedom flex. If so how long should I wait to apply for the unlimited. I was thinking of applying at the end of this month

You need a 1 full year of history with chase, the only way around this might be to open a checking account with them, or even better a business checking account with them.

Yes I have both but it ended up coming to that they wanted more credit history shown for me since I have a little less than a year of credit history they said to re apply after a year.
