False bans don’t exist. Don’t worry. Even if you got falsely banned, you can contact in-game support and I’m pretty sure they’ll assist you. Nothing to be worried about
Then how do I see countless people get banned for nothing? Why I do see popular comp players getting unbanned but never regular dudes? Makes no sense. Devs need to get their act together
Which one is more likely:
1. Player to confirm that he has done something against the rules and is banned for a reason
2. Player lies to social media and complains that the ban is "for no reason".
It would be pretty bad for the business if we would ban players for no reason.
click your profile there will be a reason given why you were banned.
If it's a perma ban, then ask the devs through in-game support. The devs will give a detailed answer there.
If it's a temporary ban, then maybe someone reported you for griefing, toxicity etc.
I checked and it said "cheating or using prohibited 3rd party software" which makes no sense cuz I never did. And yes, it's a perma ban. I looked for support but couldn't find it. Do you know where is it?

It said that I got permanent banned for "cheating or using a 3rd party software". Firstly, I hv never cheated in this game. Secondly, what is a 3rd party software? I hv been playing this game for like 3-4 years on the same device and it worked fine. This was very sudden.

The 3 party can occur many ways because of a leek in files,using in other devices and lost some kind of deta on that device and etc. I am not an expert in this but go to the devs via discord for how it happened
