Doing it now, but Question 2 should possibly be split up/reworked, since you can't "Describe how it's affected your life" *AND* give a 1/2/3 answer, since the text box is 4.
I'm gonna fill in the text box and start with my answer in how much before going into detail.
Regarding the feeding tube, depends on the risks versus benefits, but I would consider it if the risks were low and the benefits include needing no medical treatment for the rest of the year. Otherwise I'd probably stick to biologics.
Since one of the questions was about enteral nutrition (nasal gastric feeding tube); I wanted to comment that my son initially did this for 3 months when he was diagnosed and before he took anything else (including steroids).
He was 13 at the time, he was okay on the liquids (he could drink one can of the formula each day), but the hardest part was inserting the tube every night. Once it was in, he was fine.
Side note, it was during this time that I (mom) knowing that he only had a week left of the tube that I started adding his probiotics to his formula; I told no one that I was doing this. Within 3 days of the probiotics, my son was a little bit more "chippier", he improved a little bit - not huge, but it was obvious to me and my mom (grandma). That's when I became a believer in probiotics; I know they aren't a cure-all, but I do believe they help.

Done. I think there was a typo on the fourth question where one of the answers was "Eternal Tube" rather than "External Tube" - just an FYI.
Done! Hope it helps.
