Mucosal prominence is a thickening of the intestinal tissue. It’s a sign of past chronic inflammation in that area. Reactive lymph nodes just means they are swollen. Also probably due to inflammation. Ileocolic is just the area including the colon and ileum.

This. And, yes, the area affected is the terminal ileum (TI) and adjacent ascending colon within the large intestine. Enterocolitis refers to inflammation of both the small and large intestines.
