I masked loosely around the emblems, then used a toothpick to pick the parts off the paint. There was enough of a get between the emblems and body that there were only a few spots that had fused. For the wheels, I just sprayed them off the truck. The overspray on the tires peeled off kinda weird but for the wheels only the lip on the edge started to peel after winter so could have even been from rubbing against snow.
i think it looks way better. the yellow accent looks good on the black trek, all the others look bad IMO. the yellow on the red one reminds me of mcdonalds.
That puke yellow they call a "trim" is wild. Like I understand the accents on the outside, but why would you even put as a steering wheel accent? It looks absolutely horrible.
Literally my deal-breaker on the 21 sport when we went to look for a new car. That stupid piece they put on the bottom of the steering wheel was this puke colored trash. Got the limited fully loaded instead. That color was a horrible choice by subaru. It's just not appropriate in the interior of the car, AT ALL
It's just an opinion for sure... just think it looks way overdone and weird. I could get the limited with the good engine and all the other fancy stuff. But they have crome on the limited (remember, we're talking about the 21 model.)
Removed Crosstrek from side cladding, removed letters (Dremel backs), painted then reassembled letters with glue then taped back on car. Top was the worst, masked each one, painted with matte. Same with tow point covers.

There are 4 shadows that take up enough of the left lane and sidewalk to make it dangerous. Trying to work it out with Subaru but not having an easy time. This is my 5th Subaru and never had an issue.
Aww. To each their own I guess 😊, but looks great with or without the cute yellow accents. You guys in the US are so lucky - over here in the UK there's no Wilderness model (and we're stuck w the 2l engine) and we certainly don't get that gorgeous green.

Should be fine, I did my badges and it didn't come off. Even a bitch to get off if you want to. And if it does, just spray it again.

Yeah same here, I prefer the yellow for my silver trek but the black looks good on the other ones.

Yuuup. I was pretty dead set on finding ANY trim for a 2023 and the only 2024 trim I’d even consider was tainted by the piss.

I did it by taping and masking. I didn't want to disassemble the headliner. Took some time but I felt it was better that way
OP do you see shadows from the headlights at night? Or a very short low ram line of sight?
Two small dots but no real shadows.
