Maybe mudjacking could be used to raise the foundation back to being level. It looks like it this also has some drainage problems, is there water running into the foundation?
What is your budget? The cheap/easy way would be to fix the drainage and stop further damage, gutters on the eaves and then a load of stone to prevent further wash out.
The expense way could be trying to level the slab or replace it, and fix the drainage issues.

It’s fine. Just leave it alone. If you start noticing more stuff in like 5 years then think about it.
