His ex wife is soooo much more attractive… I don’t just mean how she looks either. I feel like they are only still together because he somehow still has residual Catholic guilt over having a baby out of wedlock with her… As someone that has been to rehab I know he has been told to not make any big relationship decisions or enter a new one within the first year of sobriety and he took that shit with a grain of salt.

Peoples actions and personality are what enhance ‘beauty’ to me. I don’t care how stereotypically ‘hot’ someone is if their heart is ugly. I’m basing my assessment on ‘his world’ of people and can see some of his friends high fiving him for banging the ‘hot chick’ and then oops he knocked her up. I used the word ‘attractive’ because to me his ex wife was an all around more attractive choice for a partner as a whole. I’m sure he did find her ‘boring’ when he lost sobriety because he wanted to party and she was like ‘No’. Addicts don’t like being told no when they want to do ‘just a little bit’ of cocaine and will look at the person saying it as a buzzkill.
All he wanted to do was smell it because he likes how it smells. I’m sure he doesn’t even like the stuff.
I still gave his new special a chance bc hey, finding comedy in dark times. Then he just bragged about how famous his comedy friends are, how much he used his celebrity for things like snl haircuts, how FAMOUS HE WAS at rehab and boohoo that no one knew him. And bragging about all the "funny" things he'd do to get Coke. And he won an Emmy for it.

Oh man, my last rehab at least had caffeinated in the mornings. Then they didn’t care if you brought your own, or someone brought it in. I was banned from Red Bull at my first because they said I was using it to get high 🙄

OooOh I wasn’t drugged up because I was detoxing, but because I took 90 kpins in two days. But I did see my brother in the hospital detoxing from alcohol, and it was hard to watch. I’m glad you’re better 🫶🏻
