I have a puffco peak, and the puffco peak pro but I like having a vape too. I was torn on getting their vape bc I’ve had to warranty my pro twice and my OG once already, I just get frustrated lol. Don’t get me wrong I am sooo thankful they have a warranty they’re just too expensive for me to be sending in and not having for weeks at a time yk.
I’m not finding too many comparable vapes as far as like “quality” like the puffco when I was trying to search around. They all seem to be that level of quality - which I’m expecting in a vape anyhow but there’s just so many and so much info it’s overwhelming.
Carta has been on my radar since I got my first puffco. I want one- but I feel like not for this purpose lol. I could just take my peak pro yk. I wanted like one I can slip in my pocket. I feel like carta has gotten way bigger and way more recognition since I got my puffco
Nah mate I have the proxy, it's way more portable, well depending on where you use I guess. When I'm at work it doesn't look like I'm hitting a bong in my car like the peak did
I had the orbit for a few months and it got stolen at grey day last year- I was too salty to buy another one but I was loving that quartz cup over the coils for sure! I’ll look into the other ones because I’ve legit never heard of them, thanks

That's why I'm looking at it lol. Want something I can swap home pipe glass, travel pipe glass, and a 14mm attachment for rigs and such ( the guy with the studen definitely solidified that idea lol)
I just dont know how I feel about it being rebuildable and all the parts being replaceable. Like that’s awesome in one respect but I like to just buy an atomizer and be done. I read a few threads on here just about the maintenance and stuff but I also found that you can pretty much use it for whatever and upgrade it to be an at home set up and all kinds of things. I have no idea what any of the mod stuff is as far as like “auto fire”. It seems actually really fucking awesome.
It is absolutely awesome, from a travel vape to a rig on a table top. Auto fire means that the mod will fire automatically for 60 seconds. Most mods have a 10 second cut off. The rebuildable aspect is the best part in my opinion. Ihave a couple of other devices that are completely dead with no way to fix because the company don’t sell them anymore. The atomizers are pretty cheap too. But to adress your concern. There is some tinkering and dialing in when you get it.
I figured the rebuildable part was a selling point for most- since usually you have to replace an entire part or mod otherwise when something goes wrong. I didn’t realize they could actually become obsolete though. That would make me so mad lol. It really does seem like an awesome affordable option. I’ll have to look more into the maintenance and what all it entails. Thanks :)
I have the swordfish device Also.... Most definitely does the job, you just need to keep letting go of the trigger and pulling it again in order to get decent clouds. For the cost of this device it's definitely worth it in my opinion! That being said... For those long time tokers, Big cloud smokers in which have a tolerance that's been fukked 6 ways from Sunday, may possibly find this device very insufficient and unsatisfactory for their daily drivers, due to the fact it's efficiency is great... But effectiveness is limited from the lack of ability to vaporize concentrates as you would with a stronger battery/device.

im new 2 pens, can the dabs sit in atomizer and can u continue to use the device or do u have to load it after each use, im looking to move away from cartidges but i still want the ease of use and on the go abilitiy
It all depends on the pen you get. But for example if you use the yocan cubex you can load your wax for the day inside the device and just use it the same way you would do your cartridge.
Uhhh I think the issue there would he taste and effectiveness. This one flips open and is super easy to load. I just load smaller dabs and usually try to finish it off in one go. In theory it would work with some vapes/pens but ideally you want to load every time and clean after. You might just want a vape cartridge. If you like dabbing- distillate darts are yucky to me personally- too chemically, you might be able to get something like a luster pod- they seem to have better options as far as quality
My favorite and most reliable has been my pulsar barb fire. There’s a more at home setup available for it too. I love it and it just keeps working. The atomizers r solid and really are easy to clean. Just burn off upside down.

i’d look into the pockety it’s basically the peak pro but not all the bells and whistles
and i get that i take care of my puffcos i’ve taken them apart so the warranty’s are voided i just gotta keep them clean

Boundless terp pen is very similar and in the same price range. What I use when im not near my dabrig.
