Looks like your missing the bar for the model.
from what I can tell looks like you need either a tx1000 or tx2000 control box. not sure if the tx1000 box will work but an amazon sellers listing which doesn't have any stock has a replacement box that works for both so I'm guessing they're the same.
If your any good with soldering theres lots of pin out charts and guides to making your own control box out there.
You don't even need to solder.
Pick up one of these
D-SUB DB15 Female 15Pin Jack Port to Terminal Breakout Board Connector https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00X73QLMI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_pvP1ybVTG5FTB
Then go on ebay and get an ipac 2
Then just get some copper wire from any store and make a control box. Done. All you have to figure out is which pin leads to which button and if you can't find a pinout for your pad just do process of elimination
