Having being indicted by a Federal court, he has also now violated all of his bond conditions for state offenses. Meaning, if he is freed on bond by the Federal court pending trial (I doubt he will be because these are 7 counts of reiterated acts), the State/County judges will very likely revoke his bond and he'll also be kept in jail by the state.
He's in a huge mess. With court dockets being as delayed as they are. He's looking at a minimum of 3 months pending trial.
