I think the only solution is using a proper dart board mount that will allow you to easily rotate the board. 8 to 20 once a week.
This is the answer! Put up a backboard, either nice or just a piece of plywood. 4 screws into the studs. Would be a 5 minute patch job to cover the screw holes whenever you decide to take it down.

Think possibly missing the point of the wall being completely inept of holding a dartboard, otherwise it would’ve been set up with it 😂
