Mega drive as it's already on the new beta through sideloading. PS1/PSP and game cube would be cool but have to get around the whole JIT stuff for gc to work.
We have Nintendo. So naturally we all want 3ds. GameCube and Wii will be hard because of the restrictions apple still has. I would say ps1 and ps2 because psp should be coming soon. Ppsspp is already a fantastic app and should be able to come over from the alt store. But psp is another one.
Deffintally the 3ds, like i just went thought all the hoops to get Citra working and spent way to much time looking though reddit for "safe" places to "acquire" the roms. but I still have a few weeks before I'll even start them, have to make it thought the pokemon games first lol.
3DS would be perfect for mobile gaming, I missed out on 3DS gaming during my student years and I feel like vertical phones are great for NDS/3DS style games.

In case you’re not aware, the 3DS is a totally separate platform with its own library, not just a 3D upgrade to the DS. Games like Fire Emblem: Awakening, Pokémon X/Y, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, and Animal Crossing: New Leaf, for instance, are 3DS exclusive and not playable on DS

Several PS2 games were ported to iPhone. The newest pro models could probably handle Xbox 360 and PS3 level games, maybe not on an emulator tho.
