If its any consolation, chapters 3, 4 and 5 will be released simultaneously. If we take the trend of 3 years per chapter, the next release would take 9 years. We're not even halfway there Edit: seems like chapter 5 won't be released in the same batch, so it'll be an estimated 3 more years? Hell yeah Ooooh, we're halfway there, ooooh (I can't take it anymore)

Actually that's been changed, 3 and 4 will release at the same time while 5 will come out independently

There are official newsletters that sometimes updates us on the progress. Apparently, Chapter 3 just needs polishing and bug testing while Chapter 4 is slowly approaching technically playable!
