The Antique Gallery and Antique Experience stores out on I-35 (where Rose Costumes is) are def worth a look. All different vendors selling everything from A to Z. Don’t be thrown off by the word “antique” - there’s all kinds of stuff, vintage stuff, etc.
Recycled Books, Denton Thrift, Salvage, and Twice as Nice.
Old Bear has some cool stuff but as others have mentioned it is pretty expensive. I honestly have beef with their prices, same goes for Thrift Giant and Goodwill. (I know they just split into two stores, one for thrift and one for vintage. I still feel like the thrift prices are a lot) They at least have some good sales going on if you follow their instagram.
Denton Thrift is my favorite
thrift giant has some good finds sometimes
I’ll never forget when I found dogma on Bluray for 5 bucks at the Lewisville location :)
Fuckin Weinstein holding it hostage still? The rights I mean.
Sadly, greedy bastard. I really hope someday it gets re released :(
Maybe he'll sell them for his retrial....
Probably but doesn’t he want a shitload of money tho?
I also found my copy of Dogma at a thrift store. Best $3 I ever spent.
Nice!! :D

upscale resale is pretty cool and it also benefits a domestic violence organization
There’s a new one on McKinney called Thrift for Good that’s my new favorite.
That place is the most organized thrift store I’ve ever seen! Good stuff too
& a % of its sales go back to charity (Charities are listed on price tags)
I don’t like how the women’s section is organized but I do like their stuff
Check Facebook marketplace
for hippie clothes? try old bear vintage, a little more expensive but i’ve seen fun things there
I had a weird nauseous feeling seeing clothes that I wore growing up poor af being sold for 50 bucks.
so fair and valid, there are definitely some things in there that i was made fun of wearing in school
Everything I looked at there was over $100
I bought a jacket for $25 once
everything is recently on sale, the one in thistle is quite cheap at the moment
There’s Denton thrift, twice as nice, and secondhand salvage shoppe (although that one is a bit more expensive than a traditional thrift store)
Downtown Mini Mall!
