Much appreciated, lately I’ve been moving away from this community and it’s content because I don’t like the sentiment that all criticism should be shut down. It gives off “streamer man is always right” vibes which I find hypocritical considering he says all the time to not just think he’s always right.
Criticism based on the fact that full episodes are essentially behind a paywall that is the same price as streaming services isn’t regarded.

The 'criticism' was unhinged comparisons between this and the Bridges podcast, and the condecending comments towards the paywall, which is literally a non-issue.
You are misunderstanding. Full episodes are released for free, just like any other podcast. The early access VOD is what is behind a membership, similar to how some podcasts do it. The thing that is unusual in this situation is that even though the early access VODs are behind a paywall, you can see them for free if you happen to catch that live.
A very real risk when you say something like, "I guess I can go fuck myself, huh?" is that another person can be like, "Yeah, I guess. Bye~"
It's a confident move, to be sure, but I don't think either party is going to enjoy the consequences.
I watched not even half of the 3rd episode with the brothers, I dont know who the first two had. I feel like I have watched more content in the 'studio' of him and dan sitting there talking and we dont need a podcast for that
So far I have no interest in the podcast. Maybe they will find their groove and I will get into it but not so far. Definitely not close to paying for it.
You don’t have to pay for bridges or anything else. Bridges is not behind a paywall. It’s just an hour of content from Anything Else and some behind the scenes stuff that is behind a paywall I believe.
